This is no ordinary church

The only Anglican Church in Iraq – situated on Haifa Street in Baghdad’s Red Zone – St George’s Church has been damaged by five bombs in the past three years.

Led by Canon Andrew White and our Iraqi curate, the Reverend Faiz Jerjees, St George’s welcomes hundreds of Iraqi Christians each week to its services.
